Accepted Forms of Identification

18 and over:
* A State Issued I.D. Card
OR
* A State Issued Drivers Liscense

Minor Customers:
* Accompanied by a Parent or Legal Guardian
AND
* Parent needs a state issued Drivers Liscense or State Issued I.D. card
AND
* Childs Long Form Birth Certificate
(long form certificate should have childs name and the birth parents name on it)
AND
* Child Needs a State Issued I.D. Card
OR
School Issued I.D. Card
OR
Yearbook Containing Childs Photo (yearbook must be intact)

* By Law No Other Forms of Identification Can Be Accepted
